I had the pleasure of cooking the chicken tukka bryani with some fava beans for the first time at my house in Dublin last week and I’m pleased to share the recipe.
There are many variations of this dish, and it can be made in many ways, but the main ingredients are potatoes, carrots and garlic.

For this recipe, I’ve used a carrot, potatoes and garlic, but you can use any vegetables.
You can make chicken Tikka biri masala with a chicken or turkey and chicken and chicken curry.
